Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in related banking field.
• Phone skills and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve operational exceptions.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving and proactive decision making with partners to meet deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions for resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risk and monitor outcomes.
• Understand business processes, control structures, and risk dynamics; educate impacted staff.
• Partner with Fraud and Compliance to identify risks and strengthen protections.
• Maintain a risk register with high-priority threats and mitigations.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly Operations meetings for Universal Banker Specialists.
• Reduce escalations through clear policies and effective training.
• Communicate remediation status and policy enhancements to regional leaders.
• Collaborate to eliminate duplication and ensure regional consistency.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
