Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent branch banking work experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in related banking field.
• Phone skills and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy under deadlines.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve operational exceptions.
• Ability to work with limited supervisory assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• MS Office Word and Excel proficiency.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Solve problems proactively and collaborate with partners to meet deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and propose resolutions.
• Cross-functionally develop strategies to mitigate risk and monitor outcomes.
• Understand business processes, controls, and risk dynamics; educate impacted staff.
• Partner with Fraud and Compliance to identify risks and strengthen protections.
• Maintain a risk register with top threats and mitigations.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly Retail Bank Operations meetings.
• Reduce escalations through clear policies and training with policy owners.
• Communicate remediation status and policy changes to regional leaders.
• Collaborate to eliminate duplication and ensure regional consistency.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
