Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent branch banking work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in related banking field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with multiple individuals across levels.

Responsibilities

• Problem solving and proactive decision making with partners to meet deliverables.
• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate risk and monitor progress/outcomes.
• Understand business processes, control structures, and risk dynamics; educate affected staff.
• Partner with Fraud and Compliance to identify emerging risks and strengthen protections.
• Maintain a risk register with high-priority threats and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate and conduct monthly/quarterly Universal Banker Operations Support Specialist meetings.
• Reduce inbound escalations via clear policies, procedures, and training.
