Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Cypress, Texas. You will lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, oversee receiving and inventory processes, and act as Manager on Duty to drive store results.

A strong, process-driven leader with coaching and development skills will thrive here. The role requires 3+ years in retail management or store operations, flexibility in schedule, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance, safeguarding funds, asset protection, sales, and record keeping.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks; partner with Receiving Supervisor to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); model leadership for customers and associates and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in management of other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
