Responsibilities

• Manage employees daily and provide guidance as needed.
• Oversee budgeting, re-projections, and monthly projections; review P&L with Regional Managers.
• Generate sales revenue by acquiring and upselling customers.
• Oversee installation-related tasks and ensure quality craftsmanship and safety.
• Review plans and provide field measurements for barricades and graphics.
• Conduct field inventory monthly and manage tools, uniforms, and materials.
• Schedule work and manage workforce to optimize efficiency and control expenses.
• Coordinate with procurement to stock materials and ensure installations meet budgets.
• Ensure asset protection and fleet maintenance at service centers.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
