Job summary

Metro Supply Chain Holdings Usa Inc. seeks a General Manager to oversee operations at one or more customer locations in Columbus, OH. You will drive service excellence, safety, and financial performance by leading a team, managing budgets, and delivering against KPIs.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, staff development, and continuous improvement across warehousing operations. A Bachelor’s in business management and extensive distribution experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ten years distribution experience (some of which in a 3PL environment)
• Five years of managerial experience
• Experience in ecommerce fulfillment or retail fulfillment
• Proficient with MS Office and HR software
• Knowledge of HR laws and compliance
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for one or more customer account locations across the company.
• Lead safety programs and ensure a safe work environment in accordance with regulations.
• Manage customer relationships through regular meetings and KPI/CI/financial reporting.
• Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and development of operations staff.
• Ensure budget adherence and optimize resources to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to drive continuous improvement.
