Qualifications

• 4 year degree in business, project management or building construction technology.
• 5+ years experience managing construction teams in the retail or commercial construction industry.
• Notable experience reading construction blueprints and store elevations.
• Hands-on leader capable of detailing plans across levels to execute timely results.
• Strong communication and collaboration across organization levels, including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all regional operations for a group of service centers.
• Guide, train and develop mid-level management and supervisors.
• Prepare service center performance reports for the Director of Field Operations.
• Understand budgets, re-projections and monthly forecasts; operate under budget guidelines.
• Organize and implement staff training within the region and ensure utilization.
• Visit service centers and sites to ensure best practices and efficient delivery.
• Ensure safety, health and regulatory compliance across centers.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing for events and rollouts.
• Maximize regional profits by prioritizing efficiencies at each center.
• Review project plans with GMs and PMs to ensure best practices.
• Train on installation tasks and manage inventory initiatives with SOPs.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
