Job summary

Boston Retail Solutions is seeking a Regional Manager to lead multiple service centers across Chicago, Columbus, and Northern California. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for guiding mid-level managers, driving profitability, and ensuring adherence to company standards.

You will manage budgets, engage with leadership, review performance metrics, and develop staff while maintaining strong client relationships and safety compliance. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing construction teams in retail or commercial construction.
• Hands-on leader who engages at all levels to execute plans.
• Experience reading construction blueprints/store elevations.
• Strong communication with C-suite and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for a region of service centers.
• Guide, train and develop mid-level management and supervisors.
• Prepare service center performance reports for leadership.
• Understand budgets and projections; manage to budget guidelines.
• Organize regional staff training and ensure utilization.
• Routinely visit service centers and projects to ensure best practices.
• Ensure safety, health and regulatory compliance across centers.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on events and rollouts.
• Maximize regional profits and efficiencies at each site.
• Review and align plans with General Managers on large projects.
• Train on and perform semi-skilled tasks related to installations.
• Oversee inventory initiatives and SOP compliance.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Be an active participant on the Core Division Leadership Team.
