Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of retail store management, including operations, sales, and policies.
Learn staffing, scheduling, stock deficiency identification, and supervising associates in selling behaviors.
Assist in driving sales and profitability through merchandising and inventory control.
Support safety compliance and adherence to SOPs across store operations.
Collaborate with Store Manager and ASMs to develop and implement improvement plans.
