Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is offering an Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (OASM-IT) role to gain hands-on experience across store operations, customer service, safety standards, inventory, and profitability.

During the up-to 6-week training, you will work with the Store Manager and ASMs, lead by example, and learn to supervise areas such as Customer Service, Receiving, Tool Rental, and Order Fulfillment while building actionable plans for departmental success.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education is high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
