The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (OASM-IT) to gain hands-on experience across store operations, customer service, and profitability. You will train under Store Manager and ASMs, overseeing Customer Service Desk, Receiving, Tool Rental, and more, while learning to implement strategies for department success.

During a training period of up to 6 weeks, you will develop leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with mentorship and exposure to SOPs,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management aspects.
• Learn to supervise associates and support service needs for store operations.
• Develop skills in staffing, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Assist in opening/closing MOD and enforcing SOPs.
• Support sales, customer service, and profitability through hands-on practice.
