Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Leader at our VA-Short Pump store to drive operational excellence and an exceptional client experience. The role oversees the operations team, inventory, merchandising, and staff coaching to build a high-performing store.

You will lead with impact, ensure standards are met, and promote a culture of inclusivity and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfillment.
• Lead visual merchandising and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
