Sephora NY store is seeking an Operations Leader to drive operational excellence and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead the operations team, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach others to perform at their best.

You’ll be focused on maintaining standards, supporting peak retail periods, and mentoring staff to grow within the company. This role emphasizes accountability, teamwork, and maintaining Sephora’s brand and guest-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and ensure operational standards are met.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotional events, and store maintenance to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales.
• Partner with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to achieving store goals.
• Guide and train team members to build a fulfilling path at Sephora while learning operational processes, selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives.
• Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Follow company policies and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for all.
