Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Professionalism with strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for others.
• Customer-centric, understanding how exceptional service grows store sales.
• Educator, coach and mentor to associates based on individual strengths.
• Organized and strategic with the ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives.
• Ambitious, enthusiastic and friendly, able to work with diverse teams.
• Technological aptitude to navigate POS/iPad/handheld systems.
• Able to bend, reach, lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Open to flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team in all areas of operations.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, displays, recalls and markdowns.
• Educate, train and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with proper planning and scheduling.
• Maintain knowledge of business trends and identify opportunities to maximize sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
• Develop positive working relationships to support a productive work environment.
