Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of specialty retail experience with emphasis on store operations and/or visual merchandising.
• Professionalism with strong work ethic, integrity, and respect for others.
• Customer-centric mindset and understanding of how exceptional service drives store sales.
• Educator, coach and mentor who inspires team members.
• Organized and strategic with ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator of business information and brand initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key areas including Clientelling/Outreach and appointments.
• Partner with the Manager to lead the team in operations.
• Plan, execute and lead floor sets, displays and interior marketing efforts.
• Educate, train and reinforce brand standards and company policies.
• Balance operational and selling energy with proper scheduling and prioritization.
• Maintain knowledge of business trends and opportunities to maximize sales and goals.
