Job summary

Sephora in Austin is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store excellence, oversee inventory and merchandising, and coach the operations team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will guide inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance while promoting a culture of accountability and teamwork. This full-time hourly role requires leadership experience and a passion for retail operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at motivating teams and fostering a collaborative, goal-driven culture of accountability and success

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact by overseeing inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and maintaining operational standards
• Drive brand presentation through visual merchandising, events, and store upkeep to support Sephora’s brand
• Support client experience by partnering with the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals
• Coach and develop team members, guiding them through processes, selling behaviors, metrics, and initiatives
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork, promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
• Uphold Sephora standards by following policies and ensuring a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
