You will drive standard work across warehouse coordination, pricing integrity, and operational reporting to support brand standards and sales performance.

The role emphasizes execution, customer service excellence, and collaboration with merchandising for floor resets and product placement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Tableau experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and customer expectations.
• Handle cash, complex transactions, and post‑sale orders; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Maintain accurate inventory; assist with floor resets, pricing audits, and product transfers.
• Provide sales floor support during high‑traffic periods to maintain service standards.
