Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be completed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
• Proficient in moving merchandise and standing for long periods.
• Capable of bending, climbing, and reaching as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform store opening, closing, and Front-End processes with accuracy and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, traffic, and customer experience.
• Plan and delegate daily/weekly tasks to meet store, department, and sales goals.
• Support inventory control, safety, shrink, and loss prevention efforts.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to improve productivity.
• Communicate and train on topics that enhance the customer experience.
• Handle freight processing and maintain organized shelves and end caps.
• Other duties as needed to meet business needs.
• Maintain open availability for nights and weekends.
