Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role oversees a variety of store operations, may cover the Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties based on business needs and store volume.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding, scheduling, inventory reviews, promotions management, POS knowledge, loss prevention, and ensuring neat, organized displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail operations experience preferred.
• Ability to manage scheduling, onboarding, and promotions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and selection activities including monitoring hiring dashboards.
• Complete inventory reviews and year-end inventory processes.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of POS software and exchange/return procedures.
• Monitor promotions, signs, and product reservations to optimize guest experience.
• Ensure store security and loss prevention practices are understood and applied.
