Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily store operations and guest service, with responsibilities that may include Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties based on business needs. The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, and compliance with company policies to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

The position requires a flexible schedule, strong customer service, and the ability to travel within the district as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the job.

Responsibilities

Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.
Lead onboarding and selection activities, including daily hiring dashboards and interviews.
Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software.
Maintain inventory and organize shipments/receipts.
Provide exceptional guest service and resolve questions promptly.
Organize fixtures, merchandising strategy, and visual standards.
Travel to other stores within the district as needed.
