Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to support the mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role oversees store operations and may cover Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties as needed.

Responsibilities include leading inventory reviews, onboarding teammates, promoting merchandise, handling shipments and returns, and maintaining POS knowledge while adhering to policies and Loss Prevention practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1-3 months retail experience or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older due to job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage promotions and signage to support sales.
• Complete pulls, markdowns, and inventory reviews.
• Lead onboarding and hiring activities for teammates.
• Handle shipments, Returns to Vendors, and RTVs weekly.
• Maintain a neat, organized work area and follow Loss Prevention policies.
