Job summary

ALO invites an Operations Lead to join our store leadership team. The role drives profitability and efficiency through inventory control, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with Visual and Store Management.

You will lead with energy on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations, ensuring a safe, inviting, well-organized store. Responsibilities include coaching the team, maintaining stockroom standards, and executing company directives to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Willingness to receive and provide feedback.
• Self-motivated with results orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO guiding principles.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder safely.
• Must stand and move for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the GM to improve processes.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient operations through stockroom standards.
