Job summary

ALO is seeking a Store Manager to own and grow their store, leading Sales, Operations, and Visual teams. You will develop retail strategies, manage schedules, and ensure a positive, productive work environment aligned with our mission.

You will use KPI insights, mentor staff, recruit talent, and maintain brand standards while delivering sales and profitability goals. This role requires mobility and energy, with open availability including peak days and weekends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of all key strategies.
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor by leveraging business performance data.
• Support a safe work environment and efficient operation.
• Develop schedules that deliver business results while maintaining labor effectively.
