Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations & Visual Leader to join the store leadership team in Atlanta. This role drives inventory management, labor planning, scheduling and visual execution to keep the store customer-ready.

You'll oversee operational processes, maintain visual standards, monitor budgets and metrics, and lead a team with coaching and succession planning. The position emphasizes collaboration with the General Manager and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with personal accountability and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix gaps.
• Champion strong visual standards on the sales floor using performance data.
• Coordinate labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries and ensure a customer-ready store.
• Represent the business in meetings and partner with the GM on budgets and metrics.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and succession planning for the Operations and Visual team.
