Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Lead to join our Thousand Oaks store leadership team. This full-time role drives profitability and efficiency, coaching the team to execute inventory, shipments, and floor replenishment with strong visual standards.

Responsibilities span from stockroom and floor operations to vendor relationships and facilities management. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, a positive energy, and a commitment to ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities with strong decision making.
• Values feedback and is receptive to giving feedback.
• High energy, upbeat and able to balance fun with work.

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and reduce shrink while maximizing accuracy.
• Investigate inventory issues and partner with GM to improve processes.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, transfers, replenishment, floor updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support safe, efficient stockroom operations.
