Job summary

The TJX Companies’ HomeGoods store in Blue Springs, MO is hiring for a Key Carrier who alternates with the Coordinator role and serves as Manager on Duty when needed. You will help maintain store operations, coach Associates, and ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on safety and policy adherence.

You must be available nights and weekends, be a team player, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior retail and leadership exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow and store operations.
• Proven coaching ability and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and leads storefront tasks.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and adheres to company policy.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures follow guidelines.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates.
• Maintains Associate coverage and priorities with management.
• Promotes safety, shrink reduction, and loyalty programs.
• Communicates priorities and progress with leadership.
• Supports training and development of team members.
