Job summary

HomeGoods at TJX Companies in Blue Springs, MO is hiring for a Key Carrier role, an elevated extension of the Coordinator role. You will alternate duties, lead as needed, and ensure open availability including nights and weekends.

You will model exceptional customer service, coach Associates, and maintain store operations in line with company policy. This position requires flexibility and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
• Coaches and supports Associates to meet store objectives
• Maintains opening/closing procedures and labor compliance
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
