Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience highlighted for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Communicates with management and Associates when setting priorities
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates
