Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Operations Supervisor to drive store performance by boosting in-store stock, supervising Operations team, and executing tasks that support profitable sales.

You will manage inventory accuracy, RFID processes, pricing and signing, re-ticketing, and staff development while meeting safety and performance standards. Eligible associates receive medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, vacation/holidays and Associate discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail leadership experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Direct the team and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Store Operations - Oversee inventory counts, RFID process, stock updates, pricing and signing, re-ticketing and re-packaging.
• Stockroom & General Operations - Manage stockroom processes, safety, receiving, shipping and logistics with third-party carriers.
• Team Development - Train and coach associates, address performance issues, ensure policy compliance.
• Performance Standards - Meet shrink, safety, Omnichannel, scheduling, attendance, and profitability standards.
