Job summary

ALO Ardmore seeks an Operations Lead to drive profitability and efficiency. You will lead inventory accuracy, floor execution, and back‑of‑house standards while coaching Operations Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Partner with the Operations & Visual Managers to manage budgets, reports, and vendor relations. You will move dynamically on the retail floor to support business goals and ensure a safe, inviting store by maintaining strong stockroom practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.
• Valuing feedback and open to coaching others.
• Self-motivated with results-focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to move around all areas of store and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Root-cause inventory issues and collaborate with the GM to close gaps.
• Oversee shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment and floor updates.
• Maintain visual standards and safe, efficient store operations.
• Partner with store leadership on budgets, reporting, and expenses.
• Move on the retail floor to support business needs and guest service.
