• Uphold brand, merchandising, and presentation standards; ensure losses are minimized.
• Support building and hiring a strong team and train associates on company procedures; include cross-training.
• As business needs arise, perform other tasks to support the team.
• Lead by example to deliver great customer experiences and coach teammates in real time.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
