Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the store department.
Plan and organize with guidance from the Assistant Store Manager; build plans and delegate by priority.
Uphold brand, merchandising, and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with loss prevention standards and audit requirements.
Support hiring, training, and development of teammates; cross-train staff as needed.
As business needs arise, perform additional tasks to support the store.
