Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring to strengthen the store team in Beachwood, OH. You will participate in interviews, assist with onboarding, and help plan daily tasks, events, and programs while maintaining brand standards.

You will coach teammates, uphold loss prevention and safety procedures, and lead by example to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Flexible availability and a customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability - nights, weekends, holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work extended periods standing/walking; climb heights when needed.

Responsibilities

• Observe in-store interviews and department tours to support hiring.
• Builds a people-first culture by connecting with teammates and fostering trust.
• Plans 30-days-out with guidance to align workforce for daily tasks and events.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example to meet store standards and processes.
