Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

• Lead in-store expert of their business/department and deliver the best service to customers.
• Builds a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate to build mutual trust and respect.
• Plans daily priorities 30-days out with guidance from the Assistant Store Manager.
• Leads by example to support store vision and align responsibilities with organizational goals.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and safe.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
