Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of store department.
• Plan and execute projects with guidance from Assistant Store Manager; delegate by priority.
• Uphold brand, merchandising, and presentation standards.
• Comply with loss prevention standards and audit requirements.
• Support building and training a strong team, including onboarding and cross-training.
• As needed, support the team and store operations.
