Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Lead to directly influence brand execution and teammate experience in-store. Guided by the assistant store manager and store manager, you will act as the in-store expert for your department, delivering exceptional service to customers and directing teammates to meet daily goals.

You will lead by example, coach others, and foster an inclusive culture. The role requires flexible availability, strong merchandising discipline, and a commitment to safety and loss

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-store department with guidance from Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
• Deliver the best service to customers and provide direction to teammates.
• Coach and develop teammates; onboarding and cross-training current teammates.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
