Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, ADC Attendants, and Production Workers.
• Delegate assignments and communicate policy/trends to staff.
• Provide training on duties, policies, ethics and compliance.
• Evaluate performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Assist in overseeing merchandise quality, safety, and customer service levels.
• Manage cash handling, paperwork and deposits; ensure accurate records.
• Support store/operations manager in achieving sales goals and efficiency.
• Maintain store/warehouse housekeeping and safety standards.
• Contribute to merchandising, inventory, and staff scheduling.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring processes.
