Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Sales Associates, Utility Workers, Team Leads, ADC Attendants, and Production Workers.
• Delegates assignments to staff and guides them to achieve goals.
• Demonstrates leadership and ensures adherence to SOPs.
• Provides training on duties, policies, and ethics.
• Evaluates performance and takes corrective action when needed.
• Oversees merchandise quality, production output, and customer service standards.
• Handles cash, deposits, and related paperwork.
• Ensures store runs smoothly and efficiently by providing tools and guidance.
• Maintains store/warehouse safety, repairs needs, and housekeeping.
• Reviews applications and participates in hiring decisions.
• Represents store and agency to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborates with management to pursue revenue opportunities.
• Analyzes sales metrics to identify trends and improve performance.
• Supports merchandising and store presentation efforts.
• May work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Acts as emergency contact for locations outside regular hours.
• Covers for Store/Operations Manager when absent; may involve travel.
