You may supervise staff and community service workers on scheduled shifts and report unusual issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of training/education and retail experience.
• Minimum two years related experience including supervisory experience.
• Sufficient knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles to maintain basic store records; familiarity with cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including donations, processing, pricing, and sales.
• Assist in managing budget, payroll, and loss prevention activities.
• Supervise store staff and community service workers; report unusual situations to supervisor.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and customer service standards across the store.
• Maintain banking and cash handling procedures; assist with daily deposits and reports.
