Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• One year of supervisory experience.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Provide leadership, guidance, training and professional development to staff.
• Create a positive work environment with focus on staff relations.
• Assist in performance evaluations and scheduling.
