Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join the store team and help drive profitability and efficiency. The role involves inventory, shipment, replenishment, and maintaining visual standards on the sales floor, while supporting safe and efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a client-centric environment, are physically capable of standing and moving throughout shifts, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with store management.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor recovery tasks to optimize operations.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient operation and safety.
