ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to drive profitability and efficiency in our Ventura, CA store. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory control, shipments, replenishment, and merchandising while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales and operational role.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates, and general store flow.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Work with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
