Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Newport Beach, CA to drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute inventory, shipping, replenishment, and floor set updates while maintaining visual standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues and escalate gaps with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, and vendor relations to optimize operations.
• Support safe work environment and efficient stockroom processes.
• Move across the store to meet business and guest needs.
• Implement operations directives with the Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily product flow and merchandising.
• Leverage metrics to drive business decisions and outcomes.
• Resolve guest needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support goals.
