Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Greenwich store team. This position supports profitability and efficiency through inventory control, floor replenishment, shipment processing, and maintaining visual standards.

You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team, move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs, and help ensure guest satisfaction while upholding stockroom and safety protocols. Flexible scheduling available, including part-time and full-time options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in all store areas.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel as a team.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with the store manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors.
• Support safe stockroom standards and efficient operation.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Execute directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.
• Assist in shipment processing and daily replenishment for product flow.
