Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. The role collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to initiate and complete tasks, drive inventory accuracy, and deliver exceptional guest service on the sales floor.

Candidates should be comfortable with physical tasks, work well in a team, and demonstrate strong business acumen to leverage metrics for improving store performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active on the sales floor.
• Strong customer service mindset and results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain visual standards and assist guests with needs.
• Collaborate with managers on process improvements and reporting.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in stockroom and store areas.
