Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate in Minnesota to help drive profitability and efficiency within the store team. You will partner with the Operations & Visual Management teams to complete tasks and provide feedback for optimal results in total store operations.

Responsibilities include inventory processes, shipments, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining high standards. The role emphasizes fast-paced, guest-focused service and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-centric retail or service environment.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
• Comfort with fast-paced store operations and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipments, receiving, and product flow, including replenishment and floor updates.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor and merchandising.
