Job summary

Alo is seeking an Operations Associate at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. The role focuses on preserving inventory accuracy, maximizing efficiency, and delivering excellent guest experiences on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations.

You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement processes, manage receipts, shipments, and replenishments, and uphold strong visual merchandising standards across the store.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Must be able to move constantly in all store areas.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes focusing on accuracy and shrink reduction.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with store leadership to close gaps.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, and vendors to maximize efficiency.
• Support safe operations and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs and guest service.
• Assist with company-level operational directives in partnership with the Ops & Visual Management team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring product flow and replenishment.
