Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to support the store team, driving profitability and efficiency. You will work with the Operations & Visual Management team to complete tasks and provide feedback to achieve optimal store results.

Key duties include inventory processes, floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards while ensuring a safe, inviting store environment for guests. The role requires mobility and excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Constant movement around store areas and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate and resolve inventory accuracy issues with store leadership.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor set updates.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, and facilities.
