Qualifications

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor sets and supply management.
• Maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient store operations.
• Promote a safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist in executing operations directives with the team.
• Assist in processing shipments and ensure product flow.
• Use metrics to support business-driving decisions.
• Resolve client needs quickly to ensure satisfaction.
