Job summary

ALO in Frisco, TX is seeking an Operations Associate to support store profitability and efficiency. This role collaborates with the Operations & Visual Management team to drive processes, inventory control, and guest experience.

Key duties include maintaining inventory accuracy, handling shipments and receiving, showcasing visual standards, replenishment, and stock management while ensuring safety. Part-time schedule with 32–40 hours for full-time availability during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with General/Store Manager to improve processes.
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Collaborate with reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors and facilities.
• Support safe work environment and stockroom standards.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business needs.
• Assist with company-level operational directives with the team.
• Assist in processing shipments and daily replenishment.
